How many real heads have you seen explode?
Also, if you have hit the blades, you might have weakened the screw that holds the blade grips on - would be wise to replace it, or get some stainless ones that have more strength.

To set the record straight, Stainless, mean's Stain-less, they are designed to not corrode, or rust, and they are not usuallystronger then steel. and for every hour you fly that heli, some poor mechanic spend's 3, trying to maintain it !!
If you did that to your rc/ model, i don't think it would have exploded.
Locktite is your friend ! Good luck with the next one !!

I've got it all stuffed back in the box and shipping it out in the morning. let them deal with it. I was going forget another one but decided what the heck. I'm wondering if I do, to take the main areas out and loctite them back as I don't know how they arrive.
I have headbolts loose all the time on new glows. Live and learn I guess.
What I meant earlier was that you can't ever seem to fly a helicopter without something going wrong, eiher major or minor, its always something.

As soon as they get it and inspect it, I'm having them send me the "L" version of this thing.
