Hello guy's I'm new to the heli dept.
and dicided to go with the new novus cx my question is. Is it normal after you have a crash that the flybar assembly comes off ? and what are good back up parts other than the blades, any info would be nice.

Another new guy here. I went with the CX as well and yes I had to reattach the fly bar after my first few crashes. It should just snap back in position. Just make sure the little link piece from the Flybar to teh rotor (not sure what teh proper name for that piece is0 is properly attached or the Heli will shake in flight. I noticed it sometimes comes lose from the fixing point on the flybar itself and just needs to ne pushed back on till it clicks solidly in position.
Spares wise I bought an extra battery but may pick up some spare motors, Fly bar and possibly drive gears but will probably wait till I really need them
Hopefully some of the experts here will give some other suggestiosn based on their experience.

It is better to have the flybar fly off after a crash than to break it, as long as you can find it if you are outside. I have a spare, battery that I use, a spare flybar, rotors, innershaft, skids, and tailboom. not that they should break alot or easy, but when I break or lose something, I want to get up and fly. And the only parts your LHS are ever out of, are the parts you need. So when I use a spare, that is what gets replaced during my next weekly trip to the LHS.
