Hi,
I have an Aurora 9 which appears to have developed some form of memory corruption. At the field I turned it on and it started beeping away and I couldn’t determine immediately what was wrong.
On closer examination all the stored models have had their names changed to ???? (please see picture).

When changing to one of these models the transmitter will usually freeze with a blank screen and you cannot turn it off without removing the battery.
When you try to create a new model all of the characters appear to be corrupted (please see picture).

I’ve updated the firmware on the transmitter and module but this has not helped.
It appears the model memory has become corrupted but there doesn’t seem to be away to format this.
Any suggests or advice? It worked perfectly before this.
Thanks

Looks like corrupted memory to me, unfortunately we won't be able to help you here in the US as we don't service anything used outside of the Americas. Contact J Perkins Distribution for further assistance.
