Default How do I setup elevator compensation on Optic 6 with a V-tail Sailplane

I have an Adriana Sailplane that I am attempting to setup up elevator compensaiton when crow is activated on my Optic 6. I have not been able to get both v-tail control surfaces to operate in the same direction. When I activate crow the surfaces respond as rudders and not elevators.

Outside of the !QUOT!crow!QUOT! function does the V-tail operate correctly?

If the v-tail functions properly outside of the crow function you should only need to put a % in for channel 2 to have the proper compensation when the crow is activated.

Tried that. The vtail control surfaces still work in opposite directions and not together.

Has anyone else run into this problem? If so what was the solution?

To get the v-tail to move in the proper direction when you first set up the plane, did you reverse the travel % or did you reverse the channel? If you reversed the travel % this is probably causing your problem. You have to reverse the channel and not the % under the vtail mix.
