RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
muggy...trust me on this...put that antenna through the back window. If not, this will happen (note that nice little black thing on the ground next to the Savvy...)
BTW...I have that same body. It's painted and ready to go on the Savvy...just waiting on my new wheels, so i can put my rubber on and take some nice shiny poser pics

RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
hey guys! I know i don't have a pic, but i am looking to sell my hpi savage 25. it is basically all stock, but it has two beadlock rims, and a upgraded high flow airfilter. The truck is in great shape. I originally bought it from a guy on ebay who barely ran it. The engine still has plenty of compression and power. It also comes with a venom smart temp and a Futaba magnum 3pm-fm radio, it is a great radio. It has a digital monitor on it. It also has a upgraded Futaba throttle/brake servo. The reason i am selling it is because i don't drive it anymore and i need the money. I am asking for $350. obo. you can contact me through this forum or you can send a message.
Thanks!

They are the 1.5 extended and lowered tvp's. They are about .5 inch lower than the regular X tvp's. You would not think 1/2 inch would not make much of a difference but they do. Best upgrade I have done other than the LRP.

HMM. Wonder what this guy thinks about CousinGrandpa's Savage
He said quite a while back that he did actually drive it.
I think that was before he screwed the truck up.

holy crap.....what's up with the integy shelf queen up there? anyone taking bets on whether it's ever seen air, or dirt, or, for that matter, more than a nice slow crawl around the parking lot that was freshly paved?

I picked up an integy fuel tank guard, figured what the hell, something like that, it can't be a life ender, yeah, fat chance, screaming across a parkinglot, hit gravel, whipped a rock into the guard, popped a ding in it, second rock cracked the case, which put a jagged piece of aluminum into my fuel tank, ending my playtime, before the thing even got to the ramp, hit the ramp, got a backflip, hosed EVERYONE with fuel and when it landed, died ungracefully. I'm not dense, I've heard everyone else's nightmares, had one myself from what should have been a non-essential part and had it kill my truck, I'll stay far far away from integy now.

RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
I ride ATV's and have had a few wrecks in my time. My wife told me I need to get a safer hobby to keep busy so I would not go riding as much and I would save on gas. She said why not buy one of those little gas powered thingys that you see at the track. I said you dont know what I would be getting into. Now both my sons have trucks and I have a few trucks. Parts come about every week for one thing or another. She said I thought this hobby was supposed to be cheap. I said I told you you didnt know what I would be getting into. Its an addiction once you get into it and see all the cool things you can do. Its all because of this site. Without this site I would still be driving around my stock savage and truggy not having any clue about the endless upgrades and mods you can do. Man I love this hobby.

RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
Till I blew my knee out this year I rode an RM125 and a CR125. Now I only have my 420 quad and a 125 pit bike. But lately all I seem to want to do is run my savvy. I'v only been in the hobby for 10 months and now have 4 RC trucks and cars..lol With riding all it cost was gas and a few parts here and there.. With the hobby I find new things to get every week and love to bash them just to fix. I get my tools out and sit in the front room and fix so I'm still spending time with the family. Funny now son is so into it that he sits down and works on his.. Even has been watching and bidding on ebay for things for his truggy..
I agree if it wasnt for this site I would have no clue on what to do or what I can do. Thanks to you all for showing me the way to a great family hobby..

New pix from this morning. Got to quit playing with this thing and get out an run it today. New flywheel and changed from Mugen 1.1 to the 1.0 clutch shoe springs. The Picco P3 is ripening really nicely.
