Default Need help with my SS?

i was building my SS today and the rear dogbone fell out. i checked the instructions and the rear dogbone should be slightly longer. although i got two the same length. is the longer one in there or have they messed it up. or have i

I hope I dont sound dumb but could the equal length dogbones be the driveshafts to the wheels.Im sure you checked that and dont mean to imply you didnt but sometimes...I would take it to your lhs and they will propably trade you for the right one.Good Luck

i meant the dogbones that go into the axle, not the ones that drive the wheels. in the middle. anyway, the front is a little bit shorter than the one you need for the rear. so i called customer help centre thingo and they gonna send me the right one. maybe just a bad batch or maybe all the new SS's will have this problem.

Probably just a fluke... I just assembled my new SS kit and I had two different sizes for the center bones.

you should of had two different sizes, the rear centre dogbone should be a little longer. i called hpi and said that they'll send me the right one.
