Default cracked fuel tank

whats the best way to fix a hair line crack in my fuel tank....i tried the good old JB weld and the nitro just ate it away. will CA work or do you think it too will be eaten away?

just buy a new tank man. They aren't that much.

Ca glues wont help you. A friend used some special aircraft adhesive which worked on our tanks but it is super expensive, we only used it cause he got the stuff for free. Buy a new tank.

you can use a Solder iron to melt the plastic together, and then it's fixed for a while. But until then, it's best to get a new tank

I have not yet found an inexpensive glue that is nitro safe. They all seem to eat away.

Buy a new tank & zip tie it to the side plate to keep it from banging against it & cracking on the inside side. That will solve half of the problem. A tank gaurd helps but its plastic man & that truck is hauling *****.
