Since I'm in the States, I don't know much about the company. However, if gearbox is well made, it would be a good idea. Even though you can't see it, plastic gearboxes tend to flex under high loads. Aluminum clearly hates to flex at all, thereby keeping gearmesh consistent. Aluminum is also a good conductor of heat. The only drawback to this piece is that it will add weight. If your a basher, this shouldn't be an issue. If your racing, you may want to offset the weight increase will lighter components elsewere in the truck.

I have yet to hear of a problem with the stocker. Since it is sluminum it will be more sturdy but like said above it will add unneccesary weight. I would suggest spending your money on alum diff cups or alum clutch shoes before buying one of those.
