Nope they took the everything you'd want to do to a Savage and did it .
It's actually alot different than a savage. Components sit ON the skid plate lowering the CG, adjustable shock towers, bigger motor, heavy duty metal geared steering servo, reverse , aluminum shocks , smooth aluminum pipe, motor saver style air filter, bump start capability, and a few other things...
Problem is plastic breaks, and parts are hard to find local (although getting better [X(]) and even though DT has a one year warranty on all plastic parts it's not worth the hassle at times. My friend hasn't finished 6 tanks of fuel and he's had it over a month. We're seriously calling the truck "backorder" [&o]
