For the time being I only have one plane, it is a Twist. I know that there is not a twist for AFPD, so I was wondering what would be the best aircraft to use in the sim so as to reflect the real life physics of the Twist???? And, if you know, how to set it up. Thanks

Try the Hype 3d. Its probably the closest thing but its still going to fly better than the Twist in real life. That or maybe one of the small OMP profile planes you can download off of the www.aeroflypro.com website.
Truth is it really doesnt matter what plane you practice 3D with, if its even reasonably close it will dramatically improve your skills with the twist of you practice enough. Shouldnt have to do much cange to the setup, just be sure you have a rate setting where all the surfaces are getting 45-60 degrees of deflection for "3D" mode.
