IMAC aircraft question

My Feedback: (1)
I was wondering if there is an official list of scale aircraft that are IMAC legal? I'm sure that there are several rare aircraft that actually have competed in full scale aerobatics...which would qualify them as a legal entry..right? Looking for something that is out of the ordinary that will fly intermediate well.

As far as I know there is no comprehensive list available. Having said that, just about any plane offered by most of the major vendors will be more than legal. The only exception are the pattern type planes that clearly are not really scale planes.
Also, the AMA scale aerobatic rules do not require that the plane actually has competed in an IAC contest, only that it is a plane known to be capable of aerobatics within the airspace known as the "box". Also, no turbine aircraft.
