Default Need Plane Help!

I have been flying E3D for about a year and have been on rcgroups for a while but can't find anyone on there that flies large Imac planes. i am looking for an extra or an edge I don't know which i want either an aerotech or a carden What would you suggest. I was wanting to get into IMAC but can't afford the plane yet so I fly E3D but am getting the money to buy one. I am only 15 so my income is limited. I would be willing to pay 1100 for a nice plane this is my first large gas plane but have flown enough to fly a large 40% which would be nice.
Thanks

Default RE: Need Plane Help!

40% is a good size aircraft.. Expensive engines, Radio w/redundent systems, Lotsa servos, Big battery packs, want me to keep going?? If I was getting started in IMAC again I would get a nice 25 or 27% with a good 50cc and go from there... I am not trying to talk you out of getting a LARGE aircraft, just take your time and start with a good medium size plane and save your money for the TOC you may get invited to some day..
