Eddie,
We have a similiar burn ban here. I have a small outdoor propane heater that fits on top af a grill size propane bottle. I use it at our field to warm my thumbs between flights on cold days. It will likely be a little chilly Saturday morning. I thought about bringing it. Does these type heaters violate your burn-ban?

Come on now................ I remember that heater (more like a pratt and whitney turbo fan). I think it ran on Jet -A didn't it? I think it would fine out there we just have to be careful is all.

Well guys, unfortunately, I am not going to be able to make it this weekend. I fly full scale pipeline patrol, and I got word today I'm going to have to fly an extra patrol route on Saturday to monitor a Nitrogen purge on one of the lines I fly. I love flying full scale and I love my job, but DAMN it stinks! I was really looking forward to coming down there and learning alot. Hope you guys have a great time and a great learing experience. [

What an awesome day, I didn't even fly and I had a blast, I can't wait to practice basic, you and your crew did a fantastic job, scribing with Bob was fun, I hope you guys get to do this again, please extend my thanks to NETRC it was quite nice of them to let us gobble up their runway. I was nice to meet all the other pilots you guys are a great bunch.
Thanks again,

I want to also thank everyone involved in putting this together, what a great event. I got all of my questions answered and learned so much! The weather couldn't have been better, and the amount of flying was plenty.
I got some pictures I will try and post later, there was one picture of the 40% hovering behind the group picture whoever has this will you please email it to me? Thanks.
