First thing I'd do is unplug everything and plug it back in making sure everything is tight and clean.

Ok. That’s low. Change value key and make it 0.120 or 0.150

thanks Dave
So Removed from aircraft onto the test stand different receiver and throttle lead, relearn...
Check same failure Yes
Clean all connectors etc and First increased to 0.12 and then 0.150... both fail to start... Low rpm
Limited Telemetry through a Xicoy FC...for some reason Pump is not reporting via FC... But is running and starting to ramp up when error occurs.
All failed starts seem to not be able to get passed about 5K on the RPM/EGT 190 before error occurs.
Have a plot but cannot upload at the moment due to limited posts!
thanks deg
Simon

Can you run the pump on the GSU test function? Change Value and +/- to go up and down voltage from 0.5v. It should follow freely and pump good fuel up to 4.0v

Keep increasing the Ur Accel 1 figure in steps and see if it starts. If you get to 0.225 stop…

5K is about the limit for the starter motor…it should be starting to generate by then
