Went to run my motor today and it didnt sound like it was getting full power.
Checked it on the GSU and its only getting 129k not the 165k it needs.
I checked the max power setting, all seems fine.
Pump voltage at full power was 1.6
Any ideas?

Been addressed a few times- To fix, plug in GSU start engine-advance to full power and hold down the "Manual" button on the GSU. Continue to hold down the button-After about 30 seconds the engine should reach full power. Relase the button and shut down. All will be well. Scott

Try doing it a little differently and see if it works:
While at idle, hold the manual key. SLOWLY accelerate the turbine to full (take at least 10 seconds to make the transition) Leave the turbine running at full power for about 20-30 seconds. Release the key and return to idle to reset the PID loops.

Thanks, I will try that out.
I have just checked the pump flow rate, it looks just fine 12 Oz a min at 2.0V and proportionally less at reduced voltages.
I noticed that the pump V was at 2.6V on the last attempt, which is way too high, so there is a pump voltage to RPM mismatch which is causing the fuel fail warning.
I will try my other P-60 ECU tomorrow.
Need to keep it quiet for mothers day.
