Are JR transmitters type accepted for use on the Part 90 commercial frequencies?
Hi,
Assuming that I have the proper FCC license, are any JR Transmitters FCC type accepted for use on the Part 90 commerical RC frequencies on 72 MHz?
For example RC channel 11 is 72.010, channel 12 is 72.030 and so on, but the Part 90 commercial frequencies are 72.020, 72.040, etc.
If I had the appropriate FCC operators license has JR obtained FCC type acceptance for these transmitters to be legally used on these commercial part 90 frequencies?
If so, which JR transmitters have been type accepted for legal use on these part 90 commercial frequencies in the USA?
Thanks!

No, they are type certified for the channels currently being used. They are not type certified on the channels you speak of.
