I've asked the same Q. through some else's thread, but I want to make sure I got this right.

I've a PCM 10SX and a 3810, which are on the 40 Mhz Freq. I need to change the Freq. to either a 72 or 35, all I have to do is change the module, crystals and recievers?

Where can get the modules from the U.S?

Yes, that is correct. All you would have to do is to change the module to change bands. Modules in the US are available through Horizon or one of Horizon's hobby dealers.
