Spread Spectrum

Wonder when we might start seeing some Spread Spectrum radios? The technology is fairly old now.

Thanks.

Default RE: Spread Spectrum

In the interim before Spread Spectrum these radios should be ‘check summing’ their own signature. Additionally they could be harsh beeping when a false signature is received. A same frequency transmitter when turned on a half mile away usually will not cause an immediate crash. Even a same frequency transmitter at the same field turned on with the antenna down usually will not cause an immediate crash. Eventually there is disaster.

From a customer who would like to see JR become better.

We and JR are always looking for advances and ideas for new products. At this time 2.4 Gigahertz systems have some technological limits that have to be overcome before it can work.
