JR red letter transmitter case
Where can I find a aluminum transmtiier case for my JR radio? I am looking for the red letter aluminum type that ships wjth your rados.

The only transmitter case that we have that goes with the system is the 10X, and that case is not available seperately. We do have a different JR case available however, the part number is JRPP051.

I was able to buy the transmitter case you are talking about from Chief Aircraft recently. In the past I also got one from Horizon for use with my 8103. Now all they have is a plastic one that is even more expensive than the older aluminum that I just bought. You might not be able to find one as it looks like they have been discontinued the aluminum one, which I think is a bummer.

We haven't discontinued the JR case, and we also have 2 aluminum cases from Hangar 9. I'm not familiar with a plastic case that you speak of. The only case I'm thinking of that is plastic is the JR R-1 case.
