Guys, looking to purchase this turbine. Few questions:

1. What is the avg. spool up time from idle to full? From videos, it looks to be around 5 seconds.

2. In general, are the kingtechs reliable?

3. Does the starter motor hold up good?

4. Any other info would be appreciated.

I can't say anything about the K100 but both of my K-80e's gas start have been perfect. Only trouble I ever had was me doing something dumb like not turning on the fuel valve or the gas.

Hi i have the kingtech K 100G on my new Velox G2,it is absolutely awesome start up to idle is is quick with idle to full power in around 6secs but this can be adjusted if you want these engines are very reliable i have two kingtech turbines now and i am extremely satisfied with there performance .Im not sure if you are aware but on the K 100 the solenoid valves are internal on the engine ,great move by kingtech as now you only need one fuel line going in to the turbine,a freind of mine has 5 kingtech turbines all perform flawlesly
