Here is my latest build/bash. Let's see who can guess from which kit i started; the keen builder should be able to see some unique details. The winner will get absolutely nothing, maybe some bragging rights. I am still on the fence about the cockpit headrest/fairing, so opinions are welcomed.

The plans hanging on the wall behind the model are for an "ultra-sport 60", so that's my guess!

What did you use for a cowl?

Too late. The prize was nothing, and I've already received it. Just try to get it back! After I posted I did think I should have added 60, for some reason when I think four start that's the one that comes to mind.

Cowl is from Fiberglass Specialties. They were kind enough to send me a spreadsheet with dimensions for all their cowls that I thought might work. It is their Kyosho Spacewalker cowl, KY-1. I had to make the fuse fatter by use some balsa stock; look at the pictures and you will see how it was done. Added my own stringers, formers, and sheeting to the top of the 4* fuse to achive the vintage look.
