Default Aeroworks, is anyone there ?

Are aeroworks still there and in business. I have emailed them a few times now about a new cowl for my edge and they dont respond. Is this usual as I did make a complaint about the kit when I bought it ( no wood supplied for the tail) and they ignored that one as well.

Aeroworks is still around, and I recently got an email response to a query I sent to [email protected]. It did take a few days...

Rod,

I had a similar experience a couple of years ago with Aeroworks. I paid $200 for a profile Extra 300 kit, and the majority of the wood was missing. After several attempts to have the matter remedied, they finally sent the missing wood, along with a crappy hat, apparently to appease me. Needless to say, I don't buy Aeroworks stuff anymore.

I realize this info isn't helpful. I just wanted to vent. I'm sure they're still in business. You may just have to be persistent. If persistence doesn't pay off, you may try contacting the Better Business Bureau in their area and filing a complaint. If they are members of the BBB, they are compelled to respond. Good luck

In Defense of AW. I recently purchased an AW Edge 540 29% Kit from them and had 1 piece that was warped. It took 4 days and I had the part in my hand. I have never had a problem with them and find there kit to be of top quality. I am still building it and enjoying every step of the process. Some of there instructions are a little unclear but it is so simple to build that I have yet to have any major issues. Then again, I like to change some things to suit my building style anyways.
