I just acquired a partially built kit and I need some help figuring out what this is. The wingspan is 67 1/4", the fuse as it sits is 44 3/8", the rudder is 26 1/2", the fuselage in the front is 4" wide, and the bottom plate of the cockpit is 8 3/8" x 4". I was told that this was a Bruce Tharpe Venture 60, I have the book for that plane but not the plans. After looking at some pics and videos of a Venture 60, I don't think that is what this kit is. This kit has built up ribs on the sides of the fuselage and the Venture has smooth sides, the Venture has a rectangular rudder and this kit's rudder will be "L" shaped and go over the top of the vertical stab.
Any help would be appreciated.

Jim is right. Sorry I didn't see it sooner but as soon as I saw the pictures of the airframe I wished there was a picture of the canopy, that's what would give it away. Sure does look like a Dalotel. Great flying airplane!
