My Feedback: (23)
Plans call for +1 degree on elevator and +2 on wing. Instruction book doesn't say how to achieve this. How have one of the devices that clamps to ele. or wing that gives you degrees when moving vertical or horizontal. Are the degrees done my leveling the fuselage or is this step critical.

Normally if you build it to the plans there is nothing to worry about there. Robart makes an incidence meter that may be used to check the results, I have yet to use it in building a kit like the Spacewalker. The wing saddle and the horizontal stab mounting plate are designed to give you the correct angles.

The plans should show the line of thrust, level the fuselage to the line of thrust and then use your incident meter to check the incidence. Positive incidence indicates the leading edge is higher than the trailing edge. Make sure to check side to level as well.
