Default balanceing the MidWest Super Stinker biplane

Hello I'm in the process of balancing my Super Stinker, I see no datum line on the plans, so do I go by the bottom wing that shows 0 degree incidence. Or by how it looks standing back and saying ok that looks good.
Any insight would be helpful thanks for looking.

When you balance a plane on its CG, the plane should be level front to back and side to side, your lack of Datum line on plans shouldn’t be an issue. Go by the 0 degree incidence on the bottom of the wing. Level (0) is level regardless of where it is taken from. Hope this helps.
