Any idea's on how to stretch monokote for the wings. I don't have any help. I was thinkig a picture frame type of device that would hold it tight with weight's for tension. Maybe there is a construction article out there.

You don't need to stretch it. Just get it as smooth as you can, seal the edges, and as you apply heat to the center section it will shrink drum tight. The only time you need to stretch it is when covering a curved surface such as wing tips. You then apply heat and slowly pull it around the part you're covering, sealing it down as you go. Often it's best to use more than one piece for curved surfaces.
