Default How to make a fuel tank hatch ?

The recommended tank size in my 4*60 is 12oz but I want to put in a 160z tank. There is no way I can remove the tank later once the plane is completed and I kind of hate that . The only way out is to build a screwed-on hatch door on top of the fuselage. How do I make one ? Anybody care to share your ideas and design ? Thanks in advance.....

I believe I used a Dubro 16 oxz tank in my sons 4*60 and I am able to get the tank out. It takes some wiggleing but it comes out. Had to remove it to fix a stuck clunk.. Take some twine and tape it to the the tank with strong tape to provide a means of pulling it out. I had mine wrapped in 1/4 foam and the foam stays in place. Check out the size on the Dubro and see it it will work.
