i made root ribs with socket holes, then bored the holes in the foam with the alu. tube. then i cut the foam out in front of the dihedral brace and put tri stock between the socket and spars. next i glued the brace on with epoxy and when dry glued the foam pieces back on. i forgot about the wing hold down dowels in front. guess i will put the dowels in the fuse ply and make shallow holes in the wing dihedral brace which has been sawn into in the middle. more later. wally

Do you plan on only using the dowels and hold down bolt to keep the 2 wing halves together, or are you planning on including a hardpoint on the wing to tighten a security bolt into the wing tube to hold the 2 halves together?
