Hello all.. I'm kinda new to this side of the board. I've been flying and building scale heli's for about 3yrs now. I fly for Quick of Japan and Helicopter Hobbies. Anyway I've been wanting to break things up a little and bought a Carl Goldberg Eagle 2 kit. I LOVE IT ! Anyway for my next build I'm wanting to build the Jack Stafford Twin Comanche. Was wondering if anyone has build this model or any of his models? How do they go together? Would this build be a little over my head? Really like the Twin engine scale airplanes.
So what's do you airplane guru's think?
Thanks
Randy

Many years back my dad built a Stafford Commanche (single) for me. It was my 1st scale plane, and flew it at a local scale rally when I was 9 yrs old. It flew like a trainer. Bare in mind the only other planes I have flown at the time was a single channel Cox American Eagle glider, and a Craft-Air Scout 15. It had a K&B .61 in it for power. As I recall though, the plane was a LOT of wood, fully sheeted, and a lot of balsa blocks on the fuse for shaping. It did fly nice though, scale, but nice. Mine was definatly no aerobatic marvel, it was just a nice easy to fly scale plane.

Thanks for the inputs guys.. If it's not scale it's not worth flying..
Already got a set of Curtek lights waiting to go into a airplane.
Did'nt know the retracts would be more $$$$$ than the kit it self. Still trying to decide what I want to do.
