Has anyone installed and used these? Do you have to bend them to fit the wheel and collar on?

If the struts have the straight wire (below the coiled spring), just purchase some axles with set screws. They slide onto your strut wires and clamp in position with the set screws. File a flat spot on the strut wire after you get them in the right position (usually add 2 degrees of toe-in). Cut off the excess strut wire with a cut-off wheel on your Dremel tool.
