While removing the landing gear from the bottom of the Rapture 40 I am building I banged my wing on my workbech breaking 3 ribs! [
] I used ca to glue the ribs back together! Will this work? Or should have I made new ribs?! This is my first build And I have made a few mistakes. After looking at some other peoples builds I'm realizing how much I need to learn. My build looks really rough compared to some of the more experinced builders planes I have seen.

You did just fine. You can glue the ribs back together with no issues at all. It will help to know that the ribs are not a structural member of the wing, meaning they are not the part that gives the wing it's strength. Rather, the ribs function in the wing is to give the wing it's shape. So with that in mind you should be safe in the knowledge that you're fine with gluing them back together.
Hope this helps

Don't worry about what it looks like now. Covering will cover up all the extra glue and goofs. Just make sure to sand any surface that is going to be covered. Make it as smooth as a baby's butt and you will be the only one that knows how rough it looked while you were building it. Have fun and learn as you go.

Thanks for all of the advise, I just covered my wing. Covering was fun until I reached the wing tip! I think on my next covering job I am going to find someone in my club who is experienced and have him help me out. My wing tips have some wrinkles in them and I found out real quick that the heat gun must be moving at all times!!!!

Yep. keep it moving. Cut lots of darts up to maybe 1/4" from the edge in the excess overhang and PULL. It is surprising how hard you have to pull to shape a smooth wingtip.

The fun of building is learning. With each new build you apply your knowledge and gain more. Now you will have a plane with some "Soul" in it. With some pratice your wing tips will come out great. If you have someone to give you tips then go for it. CA'ing ribs together works great. I have done that to many times[:@]
