I need to make windshields for my Sterling Waco SRE and a 1/6 scale Sig Cub. Would greatly appreciate advice on how to do it.

THanks

Cut a template from paper. Keep trimming or recutting until you have the desired shape, then transfer the shape to some clear plastic and cut it out.

If you need some heat to make the bends hold the plastic in your bare hand and use a heat gun. If your hand can take the heat you probably will not be harming the plastic.
