I will be recieving my Pete n Poke any day now and would like any comments or suggestions folks may have on this kit. This is my second kit that I'll be building. The first was the Uproar and look forward to many more projects in the coming future and would appreciate any an all comments, suggestions, and ideas you folks may have. Thanks, Sky Chief P.S. Chief:
This is a really fun kit and makes a great flyer. Pay attention to the instructions. Follow them and you won't get into trouble. The cabane struts are a bit tricky as far as getting the wing incidence right, but don't sweat it too much. You can always use a shim on the wing mount to get the incidence right. An incidence meter helps a lot here. Invest in one, especially if this isn't the last kit you'll build.
One other suggestion I have is to build the Landing Gear fairings out of plywood to make them a bit stiffer.
Have fun and post a picture when you're done!

Sky Chief, what are you going to use for power? I had one with a YS 53 in it, flew ok but not great. Then I put a OS 46la in it. Much better. Good plane for learning to use the rudder. The ailerons are useless if you get too slow. Lots of fun upside down.
