Default Once and for all...which paint is fuelproof?

I guess I will ad my 2 cents worth here. I go to Wal-Mart and buy the Generic brand $.99 spray "rattle" cans for all my painting. I have used it on my Gassers & Glow. It has never failed yet. I had an "Old timer" tell me about using that paint from Wal-Mart because that is all he too would use. Anyhow, just my experience.

Default Once and for all...which paint is fuelproof?

I have one answer: Harry Higley's "There Are No Secrets." The book has tables of paint compatibility so you can mix A primer under B finishing, etc.
