Most spinners have a set diameter hole in them, and have bushings supplied for shaft size selection.
As you know, 6mm is just a hair smaller than 1/4" and you could probably use a pape shim wrapped around the prop shaft to make the 1/4" bushing fit nicely. The props are mostly 1/4" anyway.
