I'm presently building a 40 size Telemaster and heavily modifying the fuselage. Adding windshield, magnetic hatch release, reshaping the squared off fuselage, cowling, etc.
While working on it today I started daydreaming about doing the same sort of thing on a new one but converting to a low wing with retracts. No particular reason,,, I just love to experiment and glue balsa together (:-).
Has anyone here ever converted this kit to a low wing?
Regards

Hobby Lobby sells the RCM Funster which is a Telemaster 40 Low wing.
http://www.hobby-lobby.com/funster.htm It's on sale and I don't know how you could build it for what they're selling it for....
I've always wanted to try one.

The problem is that it is an ARF. I don't have anything against ARFs (I have two, the Sig Rascal 40 and Four Star 120) but I pretty much prefer to build my own planes from kits.
