Ron,
I reduced it to 6º (per plans is 12º), I maidened it last Sunday, and it flyes perfect, predictable, have no fear to reduce it...
I don´t have much experience and have not flown any other Hog, but this is a plane that doesn´t produce any stress ehwn flying...
What engine do you want to use?? I use a Ys63, more than enough, not unlimited vertical but loops can be veeeery large..
I hope this helps..

Ron,
3º in each wing? 6 total, I used also the stock landing gear for tail dragger gear.
Sure that the 75ax is enough, but you´ll need to put som lead on nose, I had to with the Ys 63.
But total weight is ok, no overweight.
Here is a pic of mine.
