I am building a 116 with VMax 6.
I can find nothing in the manuals concerning how tight to install the head or what type of tool to tighten it with.
Help Please !!!

Tighten it by hand. I usually hold it with a rag. Be sure you hold the heli by the crutch and not the rotorhead. Make it "Good-n-tight" not smoked, or you'll have fun taking it off.

Oh yes.... I did it once too, without noticing at first I might add. I spent a few seconds trying to figure out why I had a row of small cuts on my hand.... Of course it doesn't hurt until after you notice it.
