hi guys, just got my lm 110 running with the v-max 6, but not without dramas! I live in Australia, and got my 110 off ebay, but there is only one supplier that brings in parts and is about to stop for good
... my plug burned out (you can`t get the plugs here anymore) while i was running it in and luckily this supplier had a standard plug converter left... i put it in (o.s. #8) and the motor idles properly now, but to get the heli to lift off, i have to run it with no washers, as the adapter reduces compression... it would not fly with 20% fuel... it will get about 15ft up max with 25% nitro... so i think if i can get 35% it should fly well... anyone else using a norvel plug adapter with decent results and what sort of fuel? if all else fails i`m going to strap in a tamiya fs-12 motor for good times
