my carb has scratches in it and it is screwing with my tunning of the engine and i need a new carb i have the sh.28 prospec the six port version with the red top any help or is there another brand carb that will work with it....

Any of the LRP, Dynamite, XTM carbs will work fine. The venturi is scratched??

scratches on or in the carb? i don't think scratches would cause any diff in tuning, is the engine sealed?

Thanks guys i got the truck running i cleaned the carb and put it back together and it started fine actually really good, but it does bother me that it is scratched inside and bye the way it is scratched in the carb body were the low speed needle goes in on each side of the little hole there is three or four little score markes on both sides of the hole. I n that the shaft that goes in and out sometimes sticks because its not smooth, I have the oridinal mach .26 engine would that carb work on the SH Engine...
