Has anyone heard from RC Command? I have an order that was placed on the 4th of this month (Complete aluminum lower hull kit Panzer III) and I have not heard from them since. I've tried calling, I've e-mailed, and still nothing. What's up?

I just ordered some parts on the 18th and got them today so I'm quite sure things will be returning to normal. i heard from Bill last week and everything is starting to turn around, so give it another day or two. The hull you ordered is out of stock at some other very reliable dealers also so that was most likely the case here. It is a very popular upgrade.

I ordered parts back on August 1, 2009 and still have not received them sent 3 emails both to Bill and the Sales email account as well as leaving voice mail on their phone line and still have gotten a status update.
I know Bill has had family problems and the only thing I am complaining about lack of communication.
If you see this Bill here is the order information

I haven't received contact about an emailed question in a week. Bill should consider removing
"Emails are most often responded to within the hour, during normal business hours."
from his Contact Us page. It raises expectations that apparently can't be met and strains the trustof new customers.</p>

All,
Hope he surfaces soon, I need to order suspension springs for my new Jagdpanther. Want to get that done before I paint. Also, anyone have a spare set of panther exhaust pipes. I hate the late Jag's pipes.

Let me do some Emaili'in.

Don,
Yeah the rain has been pretty constant. Augusta hasn't had the amounts that Atlanta has though, thank goodness. That would be great on the Jag pipes, let me know. Thanks again.

GOOD NEWS!! I got an email from Bill yesterday morning saying that my tank hull is on it's way. Then today, I got it in the mail!
The hull looks good and nicely put together (although I still like to assemble things my self). I'm still thinking about building a Stug IV this winter or as soon as I finish some of my other projects (rebuilding an Atlas milling machine, building a german WW2 sniper rifle from a bare receiver and bolt, just to name a few
)
Oh well, back to REAL work[&o]

you meen these they have just been sent to bill as i am the one who makes them and it takes time to do these and get the parts so dont blame bill for them being slow getting to you i AM A DISABLED PERSON WITH LIMMITED MOBILITY AND AM NOT THE QUICKEST PERSON AROUND AS IT TAKES ME TEN TIMES THE TIME TO DO SOMETHING THE AVERAGE PERSON TO DO

Thanks for the pic and the update.
they look good I can't wait to install in my KT.
Again it was not the delay in receiving the product that concerned me it was/is the lack of communication.
Regards,
James

Real Tankers had to wait many long months for resupply durring the great war. These long waits for parts only add authenticity to our hobby. Bill, Bubbajoe thanks for all your help

Hi all...
Well I have allways been a big speaker for Bill and RCC but since I bought my custombuilt Jagdpanther have my relation to Bill and his company just gotten cold and then more cold, way bellow 0, it happend when i got the Jag, some parts where missing, I emailed him and asked for the missing parts, he promised to ship them asap, then nothing, it have been 2 months now, I have emailed some reminders from both my email accounts and no answer yet, my idea is that he pain simple gives me the cold shoulder...
So in the future my money goes elsewhere...

Well, Bill very quickly stopped responding to my emails after he bought a few DBCs and copied (ripped off) the design. Guess I don't really need to share my opinion of his ethics.
Hope that anyone who's owed money/goods receives it.
