I can't get this stupid pop-up off, then I clicked on it by accident because the Skip this Add would just give me the round robin. Now I'm finally back here after being subject to adverstisements for park flyers. I HATE FRIGGEN ARF POS FOAM PARK FLYERS!. Well, **** the pop-ups. I'm out of here for a while. Need to cool off. Be back in week and hope everything is better.

Scottie's going off to his happy bubble now, then he will need to go into time out, chill, have a beer, then cruise the Victoria's Secrets website.

scottrc - please do not say popups. we have no popups on RCU. We do have a full page ad that will show from every 25 views to 100 views depending on your preference setting and it will never show to users if they upgrade and choose not to see them. no popups here.

I do not have the RC Powerbar thinghy (can't download software & c. here at work) and am getting 5X more JavaScript errors in the last hour from current 1530EST. The posts within forums are running together without seperator lines.

Note: I just got four JavaScript errors after posting this and waiting for it to bring me back. Zoinks!

And what's with this "Score:0" thing under my profile. I'm mostly non-competitive, but how can I score points if I don't even know the game?

Well I am not using the power tool and so far everything is moving right along, I feel for those of you that are going through the problems listed. My only problem right now is my Username, which is miner compared to other problems.

Ok..closing in on javascript bug..that relates to the running together of post error too. Is it fixed now? If not go to product guide. scroll to bottom of page and highlight bottom to reveal what server you are on RCU1, RCU2, RCU3...

let me know and we can knock this out if not already fixed.

My current batch o' problems. 1) No Search box on front page of RCU (used VERY often). 2) No direct link to new posts in thread (there used to be an arrow beside the thread subject that you could click on an go to the newest post in that thread since the last time you visited) 3) no field showing who made the last post to a thread and when.

Ok, I'll stop complaining. For now.

Oh, and any way I can get my avatar to be a smiley?? I'll get rid of the black background if you can put it in there.

Figured out one more question: Are we going to get a "Next Page" link at the bottom of the list of threads instead of just the page number list. Call me lazy (everyone does), but I really prefer just clicking on "Next" to go to the next page.

1 - Java error is still there on RCU4 server.
No toolbar installed
Is it simply a matter of time ?

2 - A GREAT feature has disappeared : the posts that a user hadn't read used to be bold. Therefore, it was quite easy to check quickly which were the new/unread posts ! Why did u take it away [sm=confused.gif][sm=confused.gif] ???

3- What is SIMPLIFIED flat style ? Cannot see the differrence ....

I'll second that, my second most used feature. The feature I use the most on every forum is the quick reply.

Setting the ads to show every 100 screens was a good move.

Don't know whats worse, the old avitar and losing all my posts, or having RCU tacked to my name. Haven't quite figured that one out yet. I log on at home and it's one way...log on at work and it's the other.

I get javascript errors whenever I change my settings, still figuring out the new site, and configuring my settings. So far, I like it.

Hi.

Old hobbsy here.

Not really, so I'd better do what I can while I've still got his user name...

Other than that small problem, and some missing posts (which has been 'splained), eveything seems to be working.

I got one of those "full page ads" (funny; I thought it was a pop-up too) as well. Hope we don't see that very often.

Cheers; let's watch the show and enjoy another Miller-pop.

url links is a legacy issue...some are broken like that.

custom forums: go to settings using yellow sub-nav. next choose custom forums. click apply. next click myforums from homepage or inside forum. should work. if not describe where it breaks or what happens.
