Hi. Simply click "MyAccount" at the very top of the page. opt-out of all email notices and then remove any and all information you don't want on file here.

what else doesn't work? we are taking in 3500 posts per day (that works) and 150 ads in the marketplace daily (that works).

what happens when you try to edit and remove your information?

Well..I just logged in as you and noted that you removed your email and other information fine. The only ones you did not remove were your name and the address field because you probably deleted them and those are required fields. Had you entered "private" or any other text that would have stopped the error message that was telling you those fields are required. I entered the text "Private" in those fields for you so you can now move on to other sites where everything works better than it does at RCU. Best of luck to you.

As Ralph Kramden would say, "Some people are never satisfied."

Marc, my hat is off to you. You are a pretty amiazing guy. I don't have the customer patience to put up with that kind of stuff. If he feels that bad, he can just create a filter for RCU mail and send it to the trash. He will never hear from us again.

Again, great patience
