Not to long ago I made a trade on RCU, and my PC died and i have no record of the email with the person i traded with. I am hoping a mighty fourm god can help me. I would like to get into contact with this person again. And after some digging i find out he is suspended, i sent a email and i am hoping he gets it. If any admin can help please do!

I am a computer professional, and have ben doing this kind of work for over ten years, and yet I can't seem to find one very important (and seeemingly basic) service on this website. I can neither get SEARCHes to yield anything. What's up??
1) I can't a customer service phone number anywhere (is it hidden to prevent users from dialing it all the time when they encounter problems?)
2) Search results yields NO RESULTS found, no matter what I type. I've tried general search terms to specific terms (such as "OS91" or "O.S. 91" and even "FMA Direct"). I can't believe those are terms that don't exist in the search engine for this site. It's not my "Pop-up Blocker" or "Spam Guard" either. The SEARCH tool actually returns with the results that "No items were found based on your search criteria".
What's wrong?
Thanks in advance.
David P.

From: Delray Beach, FL,
I clicked SEARCH (on the main web page toolbar along the top of the RCUNIVERSE banner where is says MY ACCOUNT/ MY Models/ HELP ME! / UPGRADE / SEARCH). I've tried all manner of combinations using Boolean OR AND etc.
I am actually looking for information on how to unstick a carb barrel on an OS91 4 stroke which has been in storage over 2 years. Although the engine looks new (I packed it away in an airtight container and oiled-it-up) The carb is frozen solid. The prop turns over fine. I looked for "OS91" "O.S.91" "CARB" "CARBURETOR" "STUCK" "FROZEN" "SEIZED". None of those words show results found. Are you able to get results on those search criteria??
Thanks for the quick reply.....
David

OK, you are searching the forums. Your post here is in the Marketplace support forum. This is why I asked. The two parts of the site are separate and operate with their own search engines.
We have had a few problems with the forum search engine lately but are working to restore it.
The best luck I have had with to unstick a stubborn carb, or any other engine part for that matter, is to soak it in denatured alcohol for an hour or two. The alcohol will penetrate the solidified oil from the fuel and allow the barrel to start rotating. Be sure to remove any plastic parts first though as they may become brittle or even fall apart during the soak. If that does not work, placing the carb in a toaster oven (450F) for about 5 minutes is another trick. Be sure to completely flush the alcohol out first or it may ignite. Barring those to methods, you may want to post a question in the Engines discussion forum for other suggestions.
