I purchased a kit identified as a "new - part assembled, Bob Fiorenze (B.F.), T-38".
After I received it, I found the instructions, plans, wings, and stabilators were from the original George Miller kit. The fuselage was new from B.F. and the remaining components were actually used - gear, fuel tanks.
The seller pleaded ignorance. Does this constitute fraud?
The wings and stabs were completed but do not fit the Bob Fiorenze fuselage without installing a new spar system.
The seller was not the builder.
Now I am upside down in this purchase and the seller won't return my emails.

I'm sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member. If you are not satisfied with the transaction, you should post an appropriate rating to the sellers account. Whether he was fully aware of the true condition or not, he is responsible for accurately listing items in his ads.
