I purchased a charger form a gentelman or so I thought he was until I recieved it. I left him poor rating after I tried countless times for him to refund money. I see he has had the poor rating removed, why do I still have poor rating from his feedback but his removed? I would prefer for both poor ratings to have been left the way they were.

Hello, I'm sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member. Are you referring to the rating you received in August 2008? There were no complaints filed by you or the other member so our staff did not remove any ratings from this transaction. Reading through the posts made by you and the seller in the ad, he offered to send you a refund if you would return the charger to him to verify it was not functional. Did you take him up on his offer?

Yes on the Aug 2008, No he would not refund shipping and with the price I would have come out losing either way. I left poor rating as I checked it several times, we had a very heated discussion and I checked his rating several times to make sure what I left was there, and it was. The reason I remember because I got several pm's from his friends.

If the charger turned out to be defective, then he should have refunded your shipping charges. With him refusing, you should have filed a complaint against him.
Our staff did not remove the rating as we were not aware there was a problem since no complaints were filed.

We cannot remove ratings just because a request is made to do so. The member who posted the rating had a reason and belief that they were justified in submitting that rating. If the seller agrees to have his rating posted on your account removed, I can do that, but otherwise I am afraid it must remain.

No problem someone removed the rating I left him, I know I left him negative feedback or in this case poor feedback. You are deluisional or just a plain liar if you say that no one removed the feedback I left him. It's not a big deal but very unfair for you or who/whom ever to remove the feed back I left him/her. I was new and should have asked for help but I made sure that I left poor feedback. He and his friends sent me several pm's complaining about it asking if I would remove it. Just don't make out like you say you or your staff didn't remove the feedback I left because it was left. None vulgar straight to the point the he was a very dishonest person.

I'm sorry if my message sounded negative towards you or questioned whether or not you posted feedback for the seller. That was not my intention. However, there are only 3 people on this site who can remove feedback, but only one, me, who actually get involved with them. I am not saying you did not post a rating for the seller, but the fact is that our staff did not remove it.
