Default comparing glow to gas

the 26 cc. gas with tuned pipe can not reach 7000 ( 6900)rpm with apc 17/12;the glow version of these engine is declared in a threath in the pattern section to make 7900 with the same propeller and pipe. 1000 rpm difference means a lot of power, can these explained only by the difference in fuel?

My MVVS 26 cc gas with tuned pipe reaches 8740-8800 rpm with an APC 18x6 wide prop.

I'm using it on an 11.5 pound 3D plane that hovers easily and has unlimited vertical performance.
Maybe you can make some kind of comparison to that.

mine with 3266 pipe and meijnik 16/12 makes 8250 but if you compare any 26 cc glow you will see that ,with tuned pipe can spin one inch more in diameter at about the same rpm, it is only a matter of fuel?

Rocketman
What do you think about the engine and the giant U can do 3d combination?
Yes, my plane is good 2 pounds heavier, but you mention unlimited vertical in your case(another words power to spare).
Did someone try that already?
