I have the nitro models yak 54 3D plane and need to know how to set the servos up inside correctly. I have not been able to find one and would appreciate your help.
Has a saito fa 80 in it
This one also has the carbon fiber landing gear...
Thanks

You received the large "plan" sheet that came with the plane right?
It looks like a parts blow up or blue print.
What specifically do you need to know?
You may want to check out the CMP Yak 54 1.40 build thread here at RCU.
While different in size the planes are VERY similiar in build.

I got it used. It is in excellent condition. I just think that a couple servos are in the wrong position and I want to be sure.

Wrong as in turned around?
If so it's not going to make that much difference as long as the servos are matched on both sides of the plane.

No, not turned around. The servo that has the pull pull for the rudder is above the rod that connects the elevator and servo horn for that at the front of the plane but onthe bottom at the back of the plane. Almost looks like it will rub.
So I am trying to find a manual to see the correct layout before I take it up

The instruction sheet is of no help here.
You can place a small piece of hard balsa at the servo screw points to raise the servo if you wish.
Typically however when something like this happens I just use a piece of plastic tubing to enclose the pull-pull wire at the point where it will otherwise rub.
