Default CMP cessna 182 50 size damage

hi,

finally got my plane yesterday and was glad to see the kit arrived undamaged, but when i unpacked it i found some cracks on the firewall that must have been from when the nosegear brackets were installed. they don't look that bad but when there is a vibrating engine bolted on i'm sure they would get worse.

what can be done to fix that?

also the aileron on one wing will not sit properly as the hinge holes are all off center and it will not get full deflection in one direction.

i have not had time to do much more, i've just unpacked it and got to step 1, i'm aready finding problems.
