You can supposedly contact Nitroplanes at 626-968-9860 after 12 noon, Pacific time.
I haven't tried this ... it was on a customer support e-mail I received.
Good luck!

hey John,
I'm not here to complain. I'm just trying to find out any info on the new cessna Guan Li. Have you had any feedback on it good or bad? Wish there was a video on it. I ordered one yesterday and should get it next week. I'll try to post some pics when I get it. Good to know you are here if we need help. Thanks

Hello NitroPlane;
My name is Alex Gauss and I ordered a Yak 54, 69". When I came home this evening the box was waiting for me already. After opening the box I could not believe my eyes. I have to say one thing: My hat is off to you and CMP. I honestly have never seen such a perfect ARF like this airplane. My mouth is still wide open because I am flabbergasted. I know this airplane is QQ's signature Yak he sells for $370.00. But you guys are probably aware of this. You have won one heck of a happy new customer. Not only did you ship the same day I placed my order, I also received my tracking number and everything arrived in perfect shape on time. A big thank you, guys. I definately will purchase in the future from your company.

My son just received his Guan Li Cessna. The description on the Raidentech website does not match the product. It is much larger (51 inch wing span) and heavier (more than 3 pounds) than the website statistics. It was not too difficult to assemble, but the motor on his did not provide nearly enough power to fly this plane (let alone take off from the ground). He is trying to lighten the weight by removing the aileron servos. Also, it appears that the propellor gears may not have come properly attached to the motor which may be reducing the pull. I would recommend that you consider checking the motor carefully before assembing the plane. You may want to return it. The "manual" is also very limited in its description of the plane.

Thanks for the info. yea, the conversion of mm to inches does not compute...1"= 25.4mm they say the wings are 930mm(34.5") but 930 = 36.6" and the length 1295mm(28.5") 1295=50.98"
Did your son ever get it off the ground? Was the gears the problem or is it just under powered? It looks really good in the photos. Also is it a 27 hz or 72 hz? Kinda wish I had more info before I ordered it. Should have it Tues. I'll let you know if mine is any better.

It is only 27 MHz AM; however, it does have a long range - at least 1000 ft. It has now become windy here, so it may be a while before he tries to fly it again. If you just want a model to look at and don't mind styrofoam (EPS), it should be fine.
